Now more than ever, we need to meet, reconnect and inspire each other to strengthen collaboration amongst Indigenous Women’s organizations around the world!

Moving towards the Second World Conference of Indigenous Women, we aspire to dive deeper into the debates on advocacy strategies in decision-making spaces for the recognition and protection of the rights of Indigenous Women, taking into account all the forms of violence we face and presenting our realities in order to reduce current gaps, encourage best practices and make space for our own contributions as Indigenous Women.

The 2WCIW will be held in virtual format every Thursday in August, with two sessions per day to facilitate the participation of all regions. It will begin on August 12, and will end on September 2 with the adoption of the Global Political Declaration.

The registration process will be done through an online form. The organizers will ensure a diverse, geographically and intergenerationally balanced participation.

Registration for the conference is now closed
